Spray Wash just finished this monstrosity, the Claude Pepper Building. Its located on a whole city block, so its a big one. Technically its 13 stories from lower parking deck to penthouse equipment area. Project too 20 days to clean, and during that time, we never cranked up a pressure washer! Everything was softwashed with our Dayton Booster Pumps.  Used a 20% and Greenwash mixture, bustling is all precast and white concrete.

Im really amazed that came off so well. Looks wonderful.
I turned down a large bid on 15 buildings. old brick,concrete,limestone and mud stains. a couple of the many requirements were no acidic products hose rated for 600 psi max.
I have used up to 50% mix on some substrates where the stain would not budge.
Not so in your case. that bldg. was nasty.
What did you do about windows?

I all of my commercial bids, I either 1) offer a freshwater wash down of windows, and recommend a professional window cleaning service upon completion of job, or 2) sub-contract out the window cleaning to a couple of professionals I know.

On this job, we gave a freshwater washdown of the windows with the booster pump, and they were happy with the results. Taped the hose to a 20' extension pole then that pole to a 15' extension pole and washed from the top down for the top three stories, and from ground or lower roof areas for the other windows.

How is your fresh water rinse different than the exterior rinse? I have been offering a light scrub then rinse, just ext. it seems to work pretty good. A lot of times the frame is oxidized and leaves a film on the glass. Even if we scrub the top trim well.
