Had my hands full with these two commercial metal roofs. They are mansard style, which causes all the pine straw to run down and catch in the lower "channel" which functions (poorly IMHO) as a gutter. The dirty roof causes our very heavy pollen to stick like glue, which results in every single square inch needing a full rinse with 100-150  PSI booster pump.  

Additionally these roofs are located at the "Urgent Care" and "Wound Care" centers at TMH. Urgent care acts as an Emergency room for cuts, scrapes and non-life threatening emergencies and is open 7 days per week until 10 PM per day, so there really isn't an ideal time to wash them.

Injury and illness ran rampant through our crew this weekend, so even had Mrs. Burke on a rinse hose as part of the crew.

Will hopeful have some better "after picture" after tomorrow's rain.

Washed at 15% and lots of soap.
