When it comes to roof cleaning Berlin Maryland, look no further than Kendall Roof and Exterior Cleaning. We take the time to do the job right! Our low pressure roof cleaning system allows us to apply our solution at 80 psi, rather than 3000psi. After the solution has been applied, the moss and lichen will turn a white color (as pictured above). At this point, the moss is dead and needs to be removed, only at garden hose pressure will we rinse the dead moss off of your roof!

After our cleaning process is complete, your roof will be looking as though it were new! For more information give us a call at 443-880-7011 or visit us at

its about 50-50.. The ones that have moss have it everywhere! Especially in this one community called Ocean Pines, it is basically a town with 8k homes, and they do not allow anyone to cut trees down so the homes all have trees over them. Between the trees and the homes being right on the water, moss can grow in about 3 years there.

The moss takes a good bit longer than normal, but if you take your time the results are very dramatic!

I'm new and learning and have a question. I've seen several videos on youtube about cleaning moss off of roofs and have seen two approaches. One is to leave the moss and let it fall of, the other is to remove the moss after spraying. Is there a single right way of doing this or do you offer both options to the customer?

Some leave it for the rain to rinse and some guys rinse it off. Most of use leave it on for the rain to rinse it off.
