First job!

Hey guys! I introduced myself a few weeks ago and have just been sitting back, reading and learning what I can while waiting for my first job. Well here it is. It's a small store front with a bit of the synthetic stucco and big windows, two large metal awnings and a sign. They also want the pad done. I am using a pressure washer dialed down to 60ish psi and was planning on a 2% green wash mix as it isn't that dirty. My biggest questions are, do you think the mix will be ok on the awnings and would that Same mix work on the pad? I'm planning to increase the pressure and pressure wash the pad. I am working on a picture for you guys to see. Thank you

You should be fine on the building and awnings, but you might need to bump your mix up, if you want to softwash the concrete. Just remember to rinse and rinse again.....especially the metal awnings.
