What sprays 4 stories?

This is a house I am bidding for a house wash.  No way my 12 volt pump will reach anywhere close to that peak.  Will I need a lift for this?  I'm standing in the neighbors driveway to take the photo.  Barely any safe place for a ladder on the slope.  Would a booster pump spray that far?  Pressure washer?

Here are some four stories we hit with a JVH tip. This is with my 5.5 gal machine. Wind or lack thereof plays a critical roll.

Power washer with downstream 0 tip 8 ft Aframe ladder should have no problem reaching that height.

Bryan,

We use a SWS waterfed pole gun and a carbon fiber waterfed pole, see the pic attached. We have done up to 6 stories with this. But like everyone said....if the wind blows all bets are off.

 John. That's about the height of what I'm cleaning. How long is that pole and is there one you recommend?  I know the carbon fiber ones are the best, but I'm not sure I can start with a $1000 pole.

You can get the poles for 300-400 for a 32' grafter at JRacenstin. The Sws pole gun is around 175
