aloha, we soft washed this building that was over 20+ years in downtown china town. With the building never kept up to par their is still some stains that we couldn't get out but the customer was satisfie.

Nice work! For some reason building owners tend to think of synthetic stucco as not needing maintenance. This is hardly the case! A normal maintenance schedule including washings will certainly prolong the life and the color of the synthetic stucco, but when They get that old and that dirty, it's hard to bring them back to perfect. I think you did a great job considering what your working with.
