This long established seafood restaurant requested we go over their complete kitchen exhaust system. After inspection of the hood system which included but was not limited to the hood, plenum, duct work, fans and filters we provided a no obligation/free quote to the owner. Several days later we performed the cleaning of all areas to the satisfaction of the owner.
