Hope you all are doing well in these strange times we are living in.

Just wanted to post this as it might be interesting to some of you. We have been using shurflo pumps for a while now and they are by far the best imo. However as many of you will have experienced some guys never turn them down when using different nozzles resulting in the pumps cycling and burning out the pressure switches.

We are now using this shurflo pump https://www.softwashtechnology.co.uk/collections/pumps/products/shurflo-5000-series-diaphragm-pump-12v which used a return system instead of a pressure switch.

When used with this controller   https://www.softwashtechnology.co.uk/products/spring-v11hc-controller-30-amp-rating   you can turn down the pressure and at a certain point the pump will stop pumping when your not spraying.

This eliminates the need for a pressure switch and allows you to use whatever nozzle you like giving you the flexability of an air diaphragm pump. I have found that you still get good distance with it and you can also control the amount of SH you put out by adjusting the flow on the controller. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for the info Michael! That is a nice controller,..looks precise. I use AODD,..but that is a nice alternative for anyone wanting more versatility out of a 12V.

Good to see you around Chris! I'm not here as much as I used to be,..but now that work will slow down I will be here more often I think! What are you wanting to spray with the 12V? As in Houses, roofs,..etc, etc,...
