Why would anybody need this?

I have a cheap ball valve before the gun that does the same  thing. This thing is designed with pressure gages so you don't etch concrete.

These new guys will buy into anything! Do you emember the guy who used to post here as an expert who claimed that concrete can be cleaned just as well soft washing?
